You can download Microsoft app locale utility from Microsoft webpage. This application allow you to run the application in its language. Rather than having to download a language pack or change the language interface of your Windows. This provide a temporary solution for running a non-English Application e.g. Running Chinese Application in Windows 7 English version
Note: For window 7 user you have to “Run in Window XP” Compatibility mode in order to install this software. If you just simply install it without change the mode, you are unlikely to install successfully.
